Art Induced Meditation

"Art is a gateway for discovery and exploration into the deep inner knowings of our own minds"

Art is a gateway to a meditative state where you may have an experiential encounter with your own mind.

When we’re truly engaged with a work of art, we are awake to what is going on in our body, feelings, perceptions, and thoughts.

We are able to look and listen to what comes up clearly, unobstructed, and ready to be actively moved and transformed by our own insights.

Imagine what might be gained when we all practice this together.
