Shipping is included in the cost of every artwork. We ship worldwide via DHL International Courier.

Your tracking number will generally indicate whether a signature is required to receive a shipment. If you’re worried about a shipment, we recommend shipping to a location where someone can receive your work, like an office building.

Our fine art prints are shipped from two main locations – London, UK, and Dusseldorf, Germany. Depending on your location and the availability of the specific artwork you've chosen, your order will be dispatched from the most convenient and efficient fulfillment center. Rest assured, regardless of the shipping location, we ensure the utmost care in handling and packaging to deliver your art safely to your doorstep. If you have any specific questions about the shipping location for your order, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

Video installations, on the other hand, are shipped from our studio in Brooklyn, NY. If you prefer, you also have the option to pick up your smart frame directly from our studio. Please contact us for any specific queries regarding the shipping or pickup details for your order. We're here to assist you every step of the way.

We utilize DHL International Courier for our shipments to ensure swift and reliable delivery of each artwork.

Estimated average shipping times are:
- Europe: 2-3 Business Days
- USA & Canada: 3-5 Business Days
- Rest of the World: Up to 15 Business Days

Yes, the framing turnaround time is 10 working days. Please consider this timeframe when placing your order and planning for the arrival of your framed artwork.

Yes! We believe in transparency, and that's why all applicable taxes are already included in the listed cost of the artwork. This means that the price you see is the final price you pay, allowing for a seamless and straightforward purchasing experience. No hidden fees, no surprises – just the pure joy of acquiring exceptional art without the hassle of additional tax calculations.

All sales made online are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours. After this 24 hour period, the sale is considered final. In the rare case that something arrives significantly different than described, let us know at info@studiodanielkersh.com. We’ll work on a resolution.

Note: Due to the unique nature of art, if your work is meaningfully not as described, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, we will work with you to find the best resolution, including refunding your money back.

You will receive an email from info@studiodanielkersh.com whenever there is an update to your order. The shipping confirmation email will include tracking information so that you may follow your shipment’s status.

Note: In the case that your order does not have a tracking number, you will be contacted to schedule delivery.

You can expect to receive your certificate via email within 24 hours of completing your purchase. This certificate stands as a testament to the value inherent in your acquisition.

Each certificate comes with a unique serial number, allowing you to independently verify its authenticity.
